01-27-11 - (S)talking Zappa at the Grammy Museum in L.A.

Had recently shot drummer Joe Travers at the Bonzo shows when this opportunity came up. I didn't know much about his relationship with Frank Zappa and the Zappa family archives when looking to go to (S)Talking Zappa at the Grammy Museum. I had requested a media credential and with the help of Julie Richards, was asked to shoot the event when the WireImages photog couldn't make it. Some of these photos will forever be part of the Grammy Archives, and may get me a future gig shooting the Grammys...One can only hope.
